Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- $4.95 flat rate shipping for orders under $50
- Delivered via USPS Ground
- Tracking provided via email
Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
- Delivered via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air
- Tracking provided via email
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
- Free shipping on all subscription orders regardless of order value
- Ships according to your selected delivery schedule
- Tracking provided for each shipment
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders usually ship within 24 hours except on the weekend or holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE SHIPPING
- During extreme weather conditions, we may hold shipments to protect product quality
- Special handling procedures apply for temperatures above 85°F or below 32°F
- Temperature-controlled packaging used when necessary at no additional cost
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently ship only within the continental United States
- No shipping to PO boxes
- No shipping to APO/FPO addresses
- Hawaii and Alaska shipping available with additional fees
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Photo documentation required for damaged packages
- Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery
- Replacement shipments sent after claim verification
- Lost packages investigated after 7 business days from ship date
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Currently not available
- International expansion planned for future dates

ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Please verify your shipping address carefully
- $15 fee for address changes after order processing
- Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
MULTIPLE PACKAGE SHIPMENTS
- Large orders may be split into multiple packages
- All tracking numbers will be provided
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
- Modified shipping schedules during major holidays
- Holiday schedules posted on website 30 days in advance
- Order early to ensure timely holiday delivery
